Mr. Tahir Amin is a qualified Civil Engineer with 35 years of experience in Construction Management and Contract Administration. He holds a Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore. He is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E) with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

He practiced as a Professional Engineer at Pakistan’s premier Consultant, National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) for 34 years in the field of Construction Management of Projects, i.e., Power Houses, High Rise buildings, Educational, Health, and Irrigation projects. He also served NESPAK as Head of the Construction Management Division.   

He is a dedicated professional with broad experience in Construction Management and has worked on National and International projects in Pakistan and the Republic of Yemen.  He also worked as a Regional Manager United Arab of Emirates and established the NESPAK branch office in Dubai to explore business opportunities.
