Reconstruction of Old P&D Building Lahore

The "Old P&D Tower" has been designed to house different Punjab Government departments under one roof with total land area of 16 kanals, located at Nabha Road, Lahore. This proposed tower includes 2 basements for 200 cars approximately, a ground floor of 24,552 sq. ft. and 10 floors above the ground floor with total covered area of 192,897 sqft.

This project will improve operational efficiency by facilitating communication, coordination, and collaboration among different departments. It will also help save costs on rent and maintenance of multiple buildings that are currently being used to house these departments. Overall, having all services available in one location will also provide an opportunity to have a more streamlined and convenient experience for citizens who interact with multiple government departments.
