The development of a state-of-the-art, multi-functional makerspace is planned to foster innovation, learning, and hands-on creation. The facility is envisioned to provide an inspiring, collaborative, and practical environment, with a strong focus on flexibility, safety, accessibility, and an engaging atmosphere for students, entrepreneurs, hobbyists, and researchers.

• Entrance & Welcome: Reception, Main Lobby, Waiting Area.
• Collaborative: Breakout Area.
• Fabrication & Workshop: CNC Section, 3D Printing, IoT & PCB Room, Robotics Lab, Usability Lab, AR/VR Room.
• Support & Logistics: Material Storage, Service Gate with Ramp.
• Administrative & Meeting: Training Room, Meeting Room, Staff Office.
• Amenities: Toilets, Kitchen.
• Circulation: Main Stair & Lift.
