Construction of Site Housing Complex and Auditorium for Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power Plant (QATPL)

Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power (Pvt) Limited (QATPL) is a company owned by Government of the Punjab. QATPL is in the process of setting up a 1180 MW RLNG based Combined Cycle Power Plant at Bhikki, District Sheikhupura. In addition to the main plant land, QATPL has acquired approximately 40 Acres of land adjacent to the main plant for construction of the following facilities by IDAP:

a) Site Housing Complex:

• One Apartment Building (G+2); for a staff capacity of 30
• Eighteen number of houses (with 3 bedrooms, 1 living and 1 kitchen)
• A mini supermarket
• Public playground

b) Auditorium
An auditorium of seating capacity of 200 and a covered area of 18,000 square feet is to be constructed. It will have state-of-the-art Audio/Video equipment
