Construction of Punjab Revenue Authority's (PRA) Office Building, Lahore

Project Overview

The Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab (IDAP) is executing the construction of the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) Headquarters on a 10-Kanal site at Walton Road, Lahore. With a covered area of 157,171 sq. ft., the building will comprise two basements, a ground floor, and four upper floors. This purpose-built facility will consolidate PRA’s scattered offices, improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing taxpayer facilitation.

• Allied Services – Data Center, Archives, and record rooms
• Parking – Two dedicated basement levels for vehicular parking

Scope of Work

IDAP is responsible for design, engineering, and execution, including:

• Architecture & Interior Design
• Structural & Landscape Development
• HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, & Public Health Systems
• Power, Lighting & ELV Systems

This project will provide a modern, efficient, and centralized workspace, strengthening PRA’s role in revenue collection and taxpayer facilitation.
