Construction of New GOR Near DHA Phase IX, Lahore

New Government Officers Residences (GORs) are currently being developed on 54 kanals of government-owned land near DHA Phase - IX, Lahore. This initiative aims to elevate the residential offerings for TYPE-A residences. The project outlines the creation of a well-designed gated community comprising 27 Type-A houses exclusively designated for grade 20 officers. Additionally, the master plan incorporates essential facilities such as a property manager's and maintenance building, entrance gate, boundary wall, and external development.
