Construction of Administrative Tower A at Old P&D Building Site, Lahore

The Administrative Tower A at the Old P&D Building site has been designed to accommodate various Punjab Government departments under one roof. The tower is situated on a 32-kanal plot located on Nabha Road, Lahore. The proposed building features 2 basements with parking capacity for approximately 150 cars, a ground floor, and 10 additional floors. The covered area of the basements is 75,081 sq ft, the ground floor spans 28,003 sq ft, and the area from the 1st to the 10th floor totals 123,120 sq ft.

This project will improve operational efficiency by facilitating communication, coordination, and collaboration among different departments. It will also help save costs on rent and maintenance of multiple buildings that are currently being used to house these departments. Overall, having all services available in one location will also provide an opportunity to have a more streamlined and convenient experience for citizens who interact with multiple government departments.
