The scope of work to be performed consists of the construction of buildings and allied works which include Civil, Architecture, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical works and for the execution of these works deployment of all necessary Material, Labor(s), Form Work, Tools & Machinery. The total covered area of the project is 74,930 sq. ft. approximately. 

The project will serve to provide suitable temporary residence facilities for Government of Punjab employees. This contemporary residence will be designed to match the latest architectural and interior design standards. This facility is required to meet the high demand of residence requirements. The Rawal lake will add to create natural recreational areas and scenic views. It will provide welcoming and convenient accommodation for government employees and their families.
