CBD Walk

This project involves providing design consultancy services for the CBD Walk development. The planned facility will feature a mix of dining, entertainment, and parking spaces, contributing to the growing commercial landscape of the area. IDAP’s involvement is focused on delivering efficient, functional, and well-integrated design solutions for the following components:

• 32 eateries/restaurants with a footprint of 900 sq.ft each, comprising Basement, Ground, First, and Second Floors along with Rooftop Dining (approximately 15.5 Kanals).
• CBD Arena (approximately 10.6 Kanals).
• Parking area for cars and bikes (approximately 9 Kanals).
